Town and Country Management Town and Country Management Adel, GA Adel, GA Full-time Contract Full-time Contract $16 - $19 an hour $16 - $19 an hour Mobile Home Rehab/Repair Person Town and Country Management is looking for the right person who can help us complete the repairs and turnovers of multiple mobile home units in mobile home parks in Adel, GA 31620.
This job will require various skills and aptitudes and an attention to organization and planning.
You will be working closely with management to provide updates on the work being completed as well as providing detailed explanations of projects.
Employee will follow a detailed scope of work with deadlines to meet.
Typical projects to be managed and completed in a mobile home may include:
- repair of electrical and plumbing - subfloor repair - window and door replacements/repairs - drywall or wall panel repair - HVAC replacement/repair - finish flooring materials to be installed/repaired/cleaned - cleaning homes - skirting homes - assisting/completing move-in ready punch list - coordination with management to ready the home for sale/lease It is expected that candidate has a smart phone and is familiar with taking video and photos of the work completed and reporting back into management the completed tasks in a timely manner.
A valid driver license and reliable transportation and tools are REQUIRED Job Types:
